Prismatic; second pass of the main character

As mentioned in the first pass of the design process, I felt First's "knight" like armored body didn't feel scifi enough. So I went back and looked at space/mecha suits and had another go at designing his look. First's limbs are his strongest assets, as they are highly specialized for combat, but they are also his biggest weaknesses. When active, the limbs need to depressurize and vent, making them more vulnerable than when everything is tightly packed. Protective shields are used to protect the limbs when in active combat mode.

A detailed version of First to explore the shiny metal material he consists of. The first one is of First in his active mode, the second one is First in his passive mode, and the third one is what he looks like when patrolling the streets.

Coloured version of the turn around. When in active mode, he retracts his "hair" sensors. First is weighed down by his many weaponized components, in order to achieve high speed, First can use the two retractable jet engines embedded in his back.

A line art turn around of First's design. First deploys the spine like spikes on his back hen he reaches maximum speed in order to help him steer his movements.

I drew four different iterations. I tried to find a middle ground between the "armored robot" look and streamlined scifi "space suit" look. In the fifth version I combined the parts I liked from the different iterations.
